1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Emmons Luxury car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Emmons Luxury, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
• Provide a valid credit card for security deposit
• Have valid insurance coverage or purchase our insurance option
• Complete our rental agreement and verification process

3. Rental Period and Pricing

Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Prices are subject to change without notice. Weekend rates may differ from weekday rates. Multi-day rentals may qualify for discounts as specified at the time of booking.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and will be authorized on your credit card. The deposit will be released upon return of the vehicle in the same condition, subject to inspection.

5. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

Vehicles may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include:

• Racing or competitive driving
• Transporting illegal substances
• Off-road driving (unless specifically authorized)
• Commercial use without prior authorization
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

6. Damage and Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to collision damage, theft, vandalism, and interior damage. Additional fees may apply for excessive wear, cleaning, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by booking type. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

8. Delivery and Pickup

We offer delivery and pickup services throughout Metro Atlanta. Delivery fees and availability are subject to location and scheduling. Renters must be present at the agreed-upon time and location for vehicle delivery and return.

9. Limitation of Liability

Emmons Luxury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
